Multi-bed Clinic
Our community acupuncture model allows two patients to receive acupuncture simultaneously. We want to make acupuncture more accessible to everyone. By treating a few people at the same time, we are able to provide the same standard of treatment and get the same great results for a lower price.
What People Say
“Amazing experience! Jason clearly knows what he is doing and understands the human body. He knew my main lifetime issue just by checkjng my pulse. He is also respectful and caring”
Ruben Mondejar Sanchez
“Worked with Jason for a while now to patch up and fix my body from overtraining. He also does combat sports so knows exactly what's wrong and why. He's nothing short of a wizard and also a great guy,
My fiance also had a hip issue which slowed down her prep for running events which fixed on two sessions”
Charles Carassus
“A few years ago, I came to Jason struggling with chronic migraines that nothing else seemed to help. After just a few sessions, the migraines were completely gone—and they’ve stayed away ever since. Recently, I returned to him for help with an autoimmune condition, and once again, his treatments worked wonders. After just a couple of sessions, my symptoms vanished, and I’m feeling like myself again.”

How Does Acupuncture Work?
Acupuncture does more than target where it hurts. Fine needles stimulate specific points, creating responses throughout several interconnected systems in the body.
It influences the nervous and neuroendocrine systems — the communication network between your brain, nerves and hormones. This includes pathways involving neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine and endorphins, as well as hormonal systems involved in cortisol, reproductive hormones and the body's stress response.
Acupuncture also influences circulation, muscles, connective tissue and immune responses, helping explain why it may be used to support problems ranging from pain and muscular tension to stress, sleep, digestion, menstrual health and fertility care.
Simply put: acupuncture aims to influence the systems contributing to your symptoms, not just the area where you feel them.

About Me
Hi, I’m Jason Crowl, founder and acupuncturist at Meridian Movement in Shoreditch.
I graduated with a BSc in Acupuncture from the University of Greenwich in 2019 and have been treating patients in London ever since. I’m also a member of the British Acupuncture Council and have completed further training in Chinese Herbal Medicine.
My background in personal training and movement also gives me a strong understanding of the body, particularly when working with pain, injuries and musculoskeletal problems.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people experiencing everything from chronic pain, sciatica and headaches to digestive, menstrual and fertility concerns.
I created the Monday Community Acupuncture Clinic because I wanted to make regular acupuncture more financially accessible. By working across two separate treatment areas, I can offer treatments for £35, while still providing each patient with individual care.
